Hi,the chefs still do parade with the baked alaska on some Fed Olsen ships from what I remember.

It's true the chefs do an amazing job but but very few of them look very happy, being made to traipse through the Dining-room, empty-handed like this - twice on the same night too! In the "old days", at least they carried a Baked Alaska but these days, all those sparklers would set off the fire-suppression system! (Big sigh!)
