Hutch Punches Starsky (from the SH ep Gillian)

A very powerful and emotional scene from the second season Starsky and Hutch episode "Gilian." Starsky finds Hutch's girlfriend's body after she has been murdered by the people she worked for. When Starsky tries to tell Hutch the truth about Gillian being a hooker, Hutch hits his best friend. Starring Paul Michael Glaser and David Soul.

brilliant scene from our favourite guys...they def didn`t receive enough recognition for the excellent way they portrayed their characters brotherly love and affection for one another..It`s what made what could have been another ordinary cop show ,into the classic show we still love to watch again today...:)..thanks for posting..happy new year!!xx

@redneckj007 Um...... apparently you were wasted. Starsky and Hutch ran between 1975 and 1979. Those were real leather jackets too. LOL!

@stillluvit Wow, It still draws me in as well!! and unlike today...I love how there was atleast a code of conduct you know?..."honor among thieves" sort of thing. They did what they did and some were more evil than others, but there were a lot of episodes where a bad guy would actually feel bad, tell the truth or just know when another bad guy was on "another level of evil"...know what I mean?...I can't explain it the way I want but I don't need all the unnecessary violence they feed us today.

@atlasshrugged2u I think all of we true fans "get" it. Their friendship is paramount, and the actors have said they put that first. I loved their friendship above all, and then the great storylines, fast driving, fighting, etc. after!

It's amazing that after 30 years this show still draws me in!

God I love this show! I have since I was 14 and first saw it in reruns. (Now I'm 45 and still have a crush on David Soul when I watch these!)
