That was some pass. And yeah, I guess you could say Ariza and Coop have some similarities, though Cooper was a better shooter and Ariza is more athletic.
The craziest and most telling comparison to Showtime though? The Pau Gasol trade reminds me a lot of when the Lakers got Mychal Thompson.
