did the cops have any plan B, seeing as plan A wasnt working, comical, amazing the guards are fine and saucy when handing out parking fines and car tax fines, they make ya feel as if u had murdered someone, but when they get a real situation to deal with they are clueless, what a bunch of tossers, no wander they are so disliked, most guards i see just seem to be going through the motions, i dont think they give a shit about the public, just want an easy life like the rest of the public sector!
