  • Hiii Chaz!! So I have been looking at your infomercials & was convinced but I wanted to check out reviews online as well, & of course you have sold me!! I just had a baby March 2011 & my hair was shedding bad, now I am trying to grow my hair out (I have been natural for about a year +) what should I start out with exactly. I have really curly, thick, dark brown hair. I have really bad ends & broken edges with this short patch of broken, coarse hair in the crown of my head. HELP!! Thanks :-)

  • @JBlessing09 Hello there! I would recommend using the Fig Cleansing Conditioner on your hair (it is the most hydrating and will help with your broken, damaged hair) while using the Tea Tree Bath, Body & Hair Oil as an overnight scalp treatment. This will help to promote healthy hair growth and to prevent shedding/thinning.

  • Okay, you've literally sold me on your Sixthirteen, I just bought it today and I can't wait to use it. What do you mean exactly by "more of a treatment based formulation"? Can the Sixthirteen substitute for your WEN cleansing conditioners (I use them once or twice a week) or should I alternate their use?

  • @Akewataru133 You can either substitute it for the other cleansing conditioners, mix them, or alternate with them. They do not need to be used exclusively. Six Thirteen is more treatment based because the ingredients make it incredibly hydrating and restorative - much like a hair treatment would.

  • Hi. Sorry to bother you. But ive been a blowdrying/flat iron user for years. It sounds great that i wont have to, but i just have a few question and i REALLY hope you can answer them. First, the model in this video, is her hair chemically treated? Like relaxed or something? Because my hair isnt at all, and i wonder if it will have the same effect.

Secondly, being african american and having this hair texure, how many times should i wash my hair a week, being that im putting heat on it?

  • @abhorentsoul1 Not bothering at all! The model in this video has been growing out her relaxer for over two years now. Only the very ends of her hair are chemically treated. Since you are using hot tools on your hair, we recommend to go as long between cleansings as possible, and to sleep with the WEN in your hair overnight as a hydration treatment the night before you are going to cleanse your hair.

  • @kg252514 As stated in the video, both a leave-in and styling creme (heat protectant) were applied to the model's hair prior to styling. If you take a blow-dryer with a nozzle and allow the hot air to touch your skin while keeping the blow-dryer continuously moving, you will see that you can feel warmth, but it does not burn. We would never compromise the health or integrity of someone's hair and have found that this is the absolute healthiest way to style the hair straight without damaging it.

  • @kg252514 Her hair was no way shape or form "soaking wet". You can tell in the beginning that it had been air dried and only the ends were a bit wet. I have the exact same hair texture so I know how it looks when it is soaking wet. And there is steam because there is some presence of water, no necessarily soaked hair. Its better for her hair to be about 85% dry and then blow dry. Because if you blow dry on dry black hair, it will break. They took all the right steps, and had great results!

  • Hi Chaz, can you do a complete from conditioner wash to completely styled of Katia's hair in it's natural style. Her hair is so pretty when you guys style it on QVC? Thanks

  • I'm gonna try this! I really wanna straingten my hair without perm, they burn!!

  • this is da bomb

  • it looks easy when your doing it for someone buy doing it on your own hair i'm sure is more difficult. I noticed that when my hair was straightened with a hot comb it was bone straight all the way down past my shoulders BUT when i blow dry it straight or use an iron my hair doesn't look as long can you explain why that is?

  • HI THERE IS THAT A STEAM BLOW DRYER? WHATS THE MODEL AND NAME OF IT?

  • i think i saw that show i love how it makes my hair look and feel its almost time for me to getanew bottle but i wanna try another scent i have mint almond

  • is there a shampoo in this line?? Or do you use the cleanse as a shampoo also, thank you. which product would be great for color/bleached hair? Thank you.

  • There are lots of AA people with hair something like her's but there are LOTS with hair that is extremely coiled and or extremely kinky and shrinks up when wet. The hair just curls right back up on it's self often after detangling. How do you do this same technique on hair like that? I only ask bc you titled the video Blow dry AA hair as opposed to medium curly or wavy hair. If her head was turned at first glance most ppl wouldn't have thought her hair typical African American Hair.

  • I have very thick dry coarse hair, and have been natural for three years now, and do not use any heat of any kind, but I would like a blowout. What hair dryer would you recommend. Also I would love to know what color lipgloss Katia is wearing in this video and who it is by?
