I just took my 2011 elixir CR brakes in because of the same problem. The lever kept sticking before extended out. This is a common problem for these brakes. My bike store is going to warranty replace them.I only had them 4 months. It is not easy to

Do you need to pump the break for it to actually stop the bike? if so you need to bleed cause air got into the line.
