4409 -- Judge gets Owned

We received a coupon.....errrrrr, I mean bill.....errrr, I mean ticket from officer johnson a month ago. This so called ticket looked like a home depot receipt so we decided to have a little fun at our military tribunal......errrrrr I mean city court.

We knew what we are doing and had this planned before hand just to show you how they will refuse to name a plaintiff.

We get a kick out of punking these actors..... errrrr, i mean judges who knowingly screw people everyday.

We are doing this just to show you they have no real power. Only the power YOU give them.

The judge claims we don't know the law....hahahaha

Remember don't get mad when you go to court it's actually just a game. Your job is to checkmate them and get them to blatently ignore all -- their -- rules.

Remember in the end of the day they are going to do whatever they want because they have goons with guns and a badges to do their dirty work.

We ask the judge who the plaintiff is. He would not answer and threatens us and claims we are being combative? WTF

The real story is the judge is the prosecuter...the state is the plaintiff, and the cop is the witness.

Proof there is no justice. You're basically in a military tribunal and you are there to pay a bill. You are guilty end of story. The trial is all for show just your rigged elections.

The courts and voting are a complete sham. They are only there to give you the illusion that you have a choice. We need to all grow up and realize this.

Did you appeal? I would refuse to answer questions until the plaintiff was named, then appeal. Under the law you clearly didn't have a fair trial. I would also challenge the juristiction of the court perhaps.

Look into administrative law and you will find that to no be true.

In Administrative law a governmental agency will claim and exert powers that are supposed to be restricted to the 3 branches. DSHS will be a plaintive, provide the judge, and the prosecutor. Then will claim that the can't rule on the laws and claim that they are ruling on a civil matter.

Its funny that the Judge will not answer. He is a joke. They can pretty much get away with whatever they want to do just by using fancy terminology and dodging valid questions. I guess that just telling the defendant to do some research is a valid answer. I mean, if the judge was indeed as knowledgable as he thinks he is, then why couldn't he elabourate on why the defendant was incorrect? Why? Because he was full of shit.
