@malab29fr I'm not familiar writing this down, but I tried it, so let me know if this helps:

v^|v---v-^-v-^-v-v^|v-v-v-^-v-­^-v-^-|...and so on

the | marks the "one", v is a down strum, ^ is an up strum, and - is a pause.
