Thanks go to Eerieka on GameFAQ's. A tutorial on how to find the invisible chest in Dawnstar (remember to crouch to find it!). Works on all platforms, loot gets better with your rank and also respawns after a while! Don't believe me? Try for yourself and then tell me I'm a liar!

When I go to Dawnstar the mine is called Quicksilver Mine, and the tree and rocks aren't in existence.

@Undeadspiral Both take time, grab the items, go sell the items, come back. Less work with this method, the saving and loading can take alot of time at certain times. therefor making this method the faster one as i have done both methods and this one is the better one

@ukFAN1231 my way of doing it doesn't take as much time, yes both refresh the loot, but mine does it faster.

Since it is the inventory of the kajiit merchants you need to get the Barter or speech perk that gives all merchants 1000 gold so that you get more out of it

How to refresh the chest:
1. Wait for the Khajiit caravan to set up in Dawnstar.
2. Wait 48 hours.
3. Talk to the Khajiit merchant.
4. Look back in the chest.
5. PROFIT, BITCHES!!!
