The song is Traffic Jam by Weird Al, from his Alapalooza album.
I grabbed random pictures from various websites of traffic congestion. Much of it is in and around the New York City area. The three pictures of trains at the end represent, in my opinion, the best solution to traffic congestion in our cities.
The idea here is more-so a chance to listen to the song rather than actually watch anything.
