Ok in all that I've been achieving I have yet to get into the OBE. Any good suggestions on where to start to learn?

@131kimber - I began with Robert Monroe's first book, Jurneys Out of Body, and the techniques in there. They worked for me. And I would suggest there as a good place to start.

i just have an idea , have you ever tried crossing your eyes in the astral to create double vision and if you do that would whatever you see double be created? look at your hand cross eyed, you might be able to have multiple hands

My first astral projection was when I was in a lucid dream and thought about leaving my body. I did but I was in the same dream world, just flying around a mall with military checkpoints in it. Astral projection in a lucid dream, not sure how it works but it dose!

hahaha!!! I like your style, brother. Thanks so much for this video, really. It meant a lot to me... plus, I laughed my ass off with your comments.. haha.. I'm still in the stage of being frightened right back into my body during the vibrations... it's weird because it's really easy for me to induce this..almost too easy at times... but I can never man up and do it! But I know that I must. And I will. Let's keep at it, brother. Glad to be in contact with you. We have a lot of work to do.

@SleepIsMagic - For me the difference is that a dream is an experience we create while mostly asleep. We create the dream environments with consciousness. A lucid dream is similar but we are much more awake spiritually, than when in regular dreams. In astral projections we are even more awake spiritually & will be co-creating the astral environment with the other inhabitants. The differences have to do with how awake one is during their experience when the physical body's asleep.
