Maggie is an incomplete quadriplegic that had previously completed our high ropes course via a "booty bag". She wanted to expand upon her experience and try the course with out the apparatus. We were happy to accommodate her needs. Not only was Maggie able to progress on the course, but we as facilitators were able to broaden our experience as well. We used a 3 to 1 Z drag line and a Grigri belay device for her entrance to the course. The only other gear we used for adaptation was a chest harness for safety in case she became inverted.
