Interview with Ellie Marks who, with her husband Alan, was the force behind
San Francisco becoming the first city in the United States to require
retailers to post cell phone radiation levels. Marks and at least two
doctors are willing to go on record to say they believe Alan's brain tumor
diagnosis can be attributed to 20 years of cell phone use as a real estate
investor and broker.

This woman is a complete idiot and I'm not surprised to learn she's from San Francisco.
Numerous studies all throughout the non-Scandanavian countries of Europe (outside the influence of Nokia) have proven there has been no increase in cancer in the last 20 years. Cell phones or no cell phones, cancer rates are the same.

@brodyjamie,
Unfortunately, I suspect it's going to be difficult to turn around a generation that essentially LIVES with a cell phone glued to the side of their heads.

Yep, tis true. I've known about this for a couple of years, and though I abhor legislation, I'm glad to see San francisco take a stand. She said toward the end what I was going to point out here, that they transit via microwave radiation, the exact microwaves that we COOK with. There are videos of people using them to pop popcorn, and they are NOT fake. I've done it. Is the addiction to CONSTANT communication worth it? Not to me. I use mine maybe 10 minutes a month, and ONLY as a phone...
