Urban Farmer guru Stefan Meyer takes us on a tour of his baby Growing Lots Urban Farm. Sitting under the skyline of downtown Minneapolis, in the Seward neighborhood, Stefan turned an empty asphalt parking lot into a mini produce farm. It's the end of the season right now, but he's got a few more harvests to make as well as plenty of seed threshing for his crops next year, which he hopes to expand maybe three times over. Stefan gives a few pointers and ideas for how you can make a small unused space into a food producer for you with plenty to share with your family and friends.
