This is the English version of the CVR's Final Report on "Shining Path". Part 2 of 2.

Since there weren't many videos like this available in English, I decided to translate it.

This is the result of a careless goverment and radical communists, in a land of ignorance, poverty and corruption.

@kumpeligor  Right and I don't even know if my birth-mom is still alive because of all that violence.This only one of the many sections that is on Youtube because the rest are in Spanish. I don't care if Fujimori "defeated" domestic terrorism it still doesn't mean that people in the high levels of the military should allow lower levels to threaten women. Because the Government was just as guilty of killing people who wanted no part of either side but were killed for just that reason

the ex president alberto fujimori defeated the terrorism in Peru, now he is in jail to top it all no evidences were found against him ... what a unfair country is PERU. the current politicians prosecuted him under a corrupt justice power but behind this the real target was to get of rid of one of the best peru's presidents ever because he represents a threat for traditional politicians in upcoming peruvian elections ... what ungrateful we are.
