  • I had an abortion are you saying my baby stood before God and he sent my little baby to hell. You are the ignorant one, how can a fetus recieve god as savior if it cannot reason, talk, or even live on its own. We must first be able to understand that we are a sinner and realize that we need a savior in order to exept the gift of salvation, that is why you never hear of a young child who has a near death experience say that they saw hell, they always see heaven and Jesus.

  • NO. The Bible says "the Wicked are estranged from the Womb." Psalm 57:3. Esau was Hated from the Womb, while Jacob was loved (Malachi 1:3). Jeremiah was sanctified while still in the Womb (Jeremiah 1:5). Amalekite babies were condemned to ETERNAL Death because their parents were Evil "... but his latter end shall be that he perish FOREVER." Numbers 24:20. 1 Corinthians 7:14 says the children of unbelievers are UNCLEAN, and we know that NOTHING UNCLEAN can enter into Heaven (Ephesians 5:5).

  • It's beyond incredible that there are actually people who get upset at people who say definitively that infants go to heaven. If they really believe an infant, or child that hasn't even left the womb yet is so evil and deserving of eternal torture, why on earth would they even have a child? While I believe (and certainly hope) that God is not like that, in such a case hell would seem to be a preferable alternative than being in heaven with such a monster.

  • @chriswatkinsdotcom You asked a question about babies losing salvation. Babies are unable to express faith. The problem is in terminology. I believe babies would go to heaven. If they live long enough they are not eternally secure until being reborn. Consider Abraham who was justified by faith with it being credited to him as righteousness. It was still made possible through atonement. I nor anyone else knows for sure how it works, but it did. I believe babies are also saved by the atonement.

  • @luke8670 that's my point....... you cant lose your salvation, its not from yourself, but from God. i believe we are born in sin and must be RE-born as Jesus said. so are you saying that you were always saved? if you were saved, born-again, all before being born from your mother......then why would you need to repent and believe in Jesus later on after you came out of the womb and lived in sin. huh? =S doesnt make sense. And how do you defend ignorance = justification ??

  • @chriswatkinsdotcom A baby can not lose salvation because he or she has never been saved through believing in Christ. I think it is so fundamental we shouldn't have to question it. Job made sense of it. They have never seen the law. As Paul said, I wouldn't know what sin was except for the law.

  • what about Psalm 51??? .....sinful from conception. the only way out of punishment of sin is through faith in Jesus.

or.... does a saved fetus lose salvation at some age and then get it again when they repent and believe at some point in their life?

  • @gwayne11000 I was just thinking the same thing..

what about jacob I love, esau I hated?

  • where does gods election fit in

  • Fabulous video =] Thanks so much! So many people assume that because of our original sin, God would sin babies to Hell. But this video really gets to the core of my arguments about this topic =]
