I learned the 8 Yin and 8 Yang palms separately from Victor Fu (each done in both directions of the circle). I first did the Yang followed by the Yin which is more fluid in the movements.
The above has combined them and sort of shortened the sets by not doing all 8 of each. So it is a little confusing to watch, not to mention that Fu's grandson's forms are slightly different from Di Yung Ji's forms.

I believe it is a performance for recording only. Di did his form separately everyday.

If u did the Fu style bagua before, it is not hard to seperate them. Basically, it is begining with Yang Bagua single palm change, and then Yin palm. After than it is Yang bagua double palm change and Yin palm and so on.
