I think the army said it best. If you know how to break a mans arm, when the opportunity presents itself you'll break a mans arm.
Any time you have the arm at an angle like that is a perfect time to pull a kimura!
Pulling him to the ground first is probably smart...

just get square to them and fall back, that takes their balance away.

in reality that will take almost all of your balance and you will fall easily if you try to hip toss them

IT doesn't suck, it is really basic. But yes it HAS been in the UFC, PAt Militech Tsubmitted Carlos Newton because he got him in the headlock and compressed the neck. Carlos realy had not practiced any escapes and had no clue how to escape. That is why MMA is a sport NOT designed for the street.

Dude, a head lock does suck as a submissions in the UFC. Carlos had a BULLDOG choke on Pat, which differs from a head lock(which you see in fights and general scraps.)

Sure, but the technique sucks, that is why you don't see it in MMA. It is EASY to defend and avoid.
