This is a cool technique. I've tried it a long time ago and used drops of food colouring which also worked very well. I didn't have re-inkers back then.

I have only tried this with water based dye reinkers. Stazon has alchol in it. I am not sure if it will react with the Shaving cream. Why don't you try it out and let us know? I would be interested if it works.
