Nick Is The Music In Me Chapter 23

~Sorry i haven't posted in a while, i was on vacation!!~

BACK TO THE STORY!!!

"What do you think she's gonna do?" Lauren asked after we settled down from cracking up.
"I really don't know. I hope no one finds out." I said staring at the wall.
"Most likely Nick will find out if Big Rob came when she screamed," she looked around confused, "Which bunk did we hop into anyway?" She said with a slight smile.
I started to look around trying to figure it out, then remembered something from one of the Living The Dream episodes. I grabbed the pillow i was leaning on and on the pillow in black letters was the word 'Danger'.
"Ha. We're in 'your future husband's' bunk!" I exclaimed, she gave me a mad/sad look.
"Not funny. And besides, I'm too young for him." She frowned. "Yeah, a thirteen year old turning fourteen and a nearly nineteen year old going out. Yeah thats normal!"
"It's normal in my dreams." She muttered to herself.
I just smiled.
It was quiet for a few seconds.
"Did you see her face when you slapped her?!" Lauren said. "Yeah!" And I mocked her face.
We laughed again, then it got silent for a moment, and then the curtain was yanked back and my heart raced.
"Um, you're in Joe's bunk..why?" Nick was standing there smiling.
"Um, reasons we can't explain." Lauren said with a blank face. He only smiled. "Would these reasons deal with hitting a fan?" He sounded like a grown up.
"Oh...um, you found out about that little incident?" I said, my
voice getting tight.
He looked down at his feet, trying to hide his smile, then he looked up back to us. "Yeah. Anna, I thought you said you were fine with it."
"Yeah, um I didn't say it, I told you by squeezing your hand so.."
"You know what I mean."Nick suddently serious.
"Well, she knew it would bug me and she was being a huge brat about the kiss!" I exclaimed.
"Jealous?" He said, amused again. My mouth was wide open, Lauren was cracking up silently next to me, so I elbowed her.
"No! Well, kinda but no! She was the biggest brat!"
"So you slapped her for being a brat." It wasn't a question.
"Lauren punched her!" And I pointed at her like i was blaming her.
Like a five year old.
He only laughed; probably because of our behavior.
A moment of silence; him looking me in the eyes, tapping his finger on the wall near me.
"So did she deserve it?" He asked with a smile forming.
"Yeah!" Lauren exclaimed, then got quiet again.
"She said she didn't care about anything but you. She only cared about your fame & your hottness, not about your music or your family."
"It really upset me." Lauren interrupted.
"Sorry." Nick and I smiled and looked down.
Then I felt something moving my hair & saw that Nick was twisting my hair again. He had to reach up since the bunk
was up pretty high. Haha, I was finally taller than him. That made me smile, which made him smile, and that made
Lauren feel awkward, so she hopped off and left.
Right when Lauren was out of the bus, Nick hopped up on the bunk with me.
I scooted a little farther back, but he stopped me by grabbing my hands and holding them in his.
He looked like he wanted to burst something out that would make my heart melt.
"How hard did you hit her?" He said, a smile on his face.
I laughed a little, "Smacked her pretty good. Lauren looked like she left a bruise." She was pissed.
He looked down at our hands, then back up again to my eyes.
It looked like he wanted to tell me something or do something.
"C'mon, let's go see how Demi is doing."
And we started walking to the backstage area, holding hands tightly.
