On July 24, 1959, Vice President Richard Nixon and Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev spent hours publicly debating cultural ideology at the American National Exhibit in Moscow.

The Bolsheviks have destroyed the upper class in Russia and the republics, and the population of USSR emerged from uneducated peasants and workers. There was bad or no etiquette, no high class manners in the USSR and this clip shows it - even the leader of the country behaves like a clown. Nixon, even though he's fake and foxy sometimes, but at least he's polite and well-mannered.

Khruschev was borderline crazy. The Politburo removed him after being tired of him doing looney stuff on the world stage.
