I can tell you exactly what this is...

This is something that i refer to as "nipple cheese". Sounds gross...but it describes it very well. We often see this in overweight cats, that aren't able to groom their bellies very well. Glandular secretions build up around the nipple and the nipple becomes inverted with the "cheese." Sometimes you can use pressure to pop the nipple back out, but sometimes no matter how hard you try, it just wont come out.
