Join Wellness Personal Trainer and Consultant, Suzen Sharda Segall in getting grounded, centered, radiating the joy of movement with the experience of oneness with nature. Simple easy-to-learn slow, standing movements coordinated with the breath are intended to inspire a two minute or a fifteen minute daily self-care practice to enhance your own dynamic health and wellness journey.

Rooted in the ancient Chinese Yoga practices of qigong (pronounced 'chee' gong - or energy exercises) and Tai Ji - a version of Chuangliang Al Huang's Dance of the Five Elements is introduced. Harmonizing and balancing body-mind-spirit, breathing in the infinite healing earth energy, along with the elements of air, fire, water and metal (gold).
