What's important is this is God's work and we are his disciples and he knows who is and who is not qualified to teach and to preach. Otherwise we would not be out there.

This is explained in our publications and in the Bible.(concerning the role of the woman in the congregation) JW will be glad to help you know why if you wish to understand.

Their methods are similar to Jesus.

Puttin on a suit and tie does not make you a Bible teacher. Your methods are similar to those of salesman - not teachers. If a woman can't teach publicly from your Kingdom Halls, why is she allowed to teach at the doors of strangers?

I'm afraid you're quite mistaken on some points. Yes, putting on a suit and a tie does not make you a Bible teacher. In some places, brothers wear casual clothing to go from door-to-door. Granted, sisters do not make public discourses or the like, but I am a sister and I can tell you that we are given the priviledge of teaching in different ways. Through our comments and our short, but spiritually enriching discourses in the Theocratic Ministry School, we teach the truth in a beautiful way.

Have you not heard it said: "Women are a large army"?
Sisters have much more privilege, opportunity and responsibility than the female laity of Christendom. "Teaching" at the door is called preaching. The scriptures are clear on this.
