I am Peru
-
I just re-read yr responses; I would add that I am disabled AND an Elder myself. My health has curtailed some of my activities. There is a standing offer to return to Peru, expenses paid, but my health is poor. I was jealous of yr ability to go back-such a magic country. I appreciate most of yr comments but still retain the responsibility to ask about someone's qualifications. Please accept my apologies for any offense I have caused in my process of skepticism. May the mystery beings go with you

Yr pts r well-taken. I thank u for yr time in composing them. I don't think challenging people who put themselves out there as healers is wrong. I have met many who have abused their power and reserve the right to question. Again, thank you for yr reply and continue yr good work.

I am in Peru!
Only frauds charge for ceremony. Only hucksters insist on pay to pray. And actual medicine people are in their own communities, not "putting out a shingle" online for profit.
For shame...

@MrAngryindian Shame on you. 1st: airfare, food, transportation, lodging, and guides for weeks in another country is not free. 2nd: What money the shaman does make has gone toward providing food, clothing, education, jobs, and job training for his people. It's not for ceremony. That you jump to judge, accuse and assume the worst says a lot about you. Namely that you are in no position to call others frauds and hucksters.Your negativity is far worse. You've maligned a good person for no reason.

@MrAngryindian Additionally, the shaman has healed many and has dedicated himself to reintroducing his people and others to "lost" teachings and rituals that he himself was once forbidden to practice. I challenge you to stop wasting time being angry and instead be positive and effective. Feel free to help feed, clothe, heal, educate, train, and employ people in your own or other community--with no money from anyone as you expect the shaman to do.

What was the name of that ruin you mentioned with the portal doors? It sounds like (Tee-oo-mak-oo). I'd like to look it up. Thanks.
