Panx Romana - Το Τραγούδι Του Ποταμού - Σπάσε Τη Γραμμή (1993)

The mainstays of the scene (Panx Romana is a band with a 20-year trajectory)! The band is used by its members as a carriage to promote their beliefs (focusing on a strong anti-war sentiment) in a direct & confident way, something made explicit through their releases, live shows, & attitude towards life.

The band formed in 1982 from ex-members of such bands as Stress, TVC, & Video Games, all of them first-generation punks that put the foundations of the scene. Through a sequence of events, & in the thick of the turmoil of those times, Panx Romana recorded the track "Έλληνες [ ellines / greeks ]" in 1985 for the scene-defining comp. "Διατάραξη Κοινής Ησυχίας [ diataraxi koinis isyhias / disruption of public peace - a.k.a. disturbance of common peace ]."
