FFVIII Overkill - Disc 4 Part 11 - Omega Weapon (Part 2)

Disc 4: Optional and toughest boss in the game.

Squall, Quistis and Rinoa against Omega Weapon in the Chapel.

Once again, I'm playing around with my save files. I haven't played in years, so I forgot how strong my party is (hence the 'overkill' in the title).

**Yes, I know. I did get Invincible Moon an d it did save me, but it is at random (Rinoa was at perfect health).**
**No Heros or Holy Wars used**

This is a direct continuation from the last video.

The video opens up with Omega casting Terra Break and Squall dying for the second time.
Pretty much similar to the first part: limit break attacks, reviving Squall, and recasting Haste and Aura.

To finish his attack pattern, Omega casts Ultima after Terra Break.
He no longer casts LV 5 Death, but instead casts Light Pillar, which takes 9999 HP off one character (here being Squall).
Afterwards, he starts his pattern over again: Meteor, Megido Flame, Gravija, Terra Break, Ultima, Light Pillar.
I got very lucky here twice:
Once when Rinoa casts Invincible Moon and literally the next second Omega attacks with Megido Flame, which would have killed Quistis and Rinoa but not Squall ironically.
The second time was when Invinicible Moon wore off right before Omega performs Terra Break, but I was able to pick Defend before he attacked.
Downside of Invincible Moon: you can't heal or cast any defensive or support magic (Protect, Haste, Aura, etc).

Limits used:
Quistis - White Wind and Shockwave Pulsar
Squall - Rough Divide
Rinoa - Angelo Strike, Angelo Cannon, Invincible Moon and Wishing Star

Video ends with Omega casting Ultima while Squall is KOed.

Squall death count: 4 times so far.

How do you get a dark matter for shockwave pulsar? How did you get such strength?

First, you need 100 curse spikes (they teach her the LV ? attack). Then you have to get the GF Siren at LV 100. Finally you use one of the GF's refining tools abilities (I believe its Tool-RF) to turn the 100 curse spikes into 1 Dark Matter.

Nope, its 100 curse spikes.

People depend on the guys because their limits hit more than once. Both Rinoa's and Selphie's limits are random, so that doesn't help. Quistis's limits only hit once. Renzokuken, Duel, and Shot can hit an enemy almost ten times, causing major damage (especially Lionheart).

Terra Break...it looks like Squall would say, go...save urself...im gonna blast him off...attackin omega to save quistie and Rinoa and died...how pity :>
