A slightly sneering featurette on Carrie the Musical, including an interview with Sally Ann Triplett. Highlighting the lack of producer interested, she is credited as playing Amy Irving(!) and not Sue. Sadly, she doesn't have the fondest memories...

  • Thank you for posting this, it was very interesting to listen to!

  • i know she was a little snarky but i really liked the bit where she sang white star...

  • I find it interesting that she remembers that much of 'White star' when she says how rubbish it is.

  • @PowerGlove79 I agree that it's very negative and it's not even well researched. It winds me up every time I hear the presenter saying Sally Ann played "Carrie's friend Amy Irving".

  • @webuster I agree, to me, the best way to remember a bad show, which Carrie wasn't really THAT bad, is to look upon it with just a hint of fondness, and not to kick a dead horse. They were being very cruel and snarky.

  • horrible how contemptuous they both are.
