@wellcross100 a regular wind turbine is effecient and USEFULL

a rotating can does not match the airlfow, whch is DIFFERENT across the entire lenght of the 'blade'

that is why real wind turbines have increaseing twist on their blades.

@unamaxify The cans are rotating which creates lift and therefore they act just like a regular wind turbine with its wing like blades.
