UN chief auditor issued strong condemnation of Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, according to Washington Post.
Inga-Britt Ahlenius, (UN Internal Oversight Services chief), wrote that Ban prevented efforts to root out corruption & hiring staff. 'Your actions are not only deplorable, but seriously reprehensible. ... Your action is without precedent & seriously embarrassing for yourself,' Ahlenius said. 'I regret to say that the UN is in a process of decay.'

Of course Israel is an apartheid regime. Bishop Desmond Tutu who suffered under apartheid in South Africa has stated that Israel's apartheid is MUCH worse than anything that took place in South Africa.

Arabs that identify as "Palestinian" cannot be called Israeli citizens, so the apartheid claim is ridiculous. Eichmann? Now you're just trolling.

The Arabs were offered statehood, but Arafat rejected it. It was the fault of the very leader of Palestinian nationalism that the descendants of the displaced Arabs still live in slums, when in fact they could have been rehabilitated in 2001. The Arab world needs the festering Palestinian problem in order to maintain cohesion against Israel.
Palestinians are not Arab-Israelis, so I don't see how apartheid applies.

Actually, a signifcant percentage of Israeli and American jews have also noted the apartheid conditions the Palestinians have been subjected to. History will remember Bayefsky like Adolf Eichman.
