It shows you don't know much about laws. PR is a legal right, that cannot be taken away through a due process. Ma didn't go through a due process. Go ask your US immigration lawyer.

News reporters in the US can dig into any politician's illegal activities such as Watergate and publish in the newspaper. Why not a private citizen or organization in Taiwan make public the information if there is sufficient evidence? People have the right to know. I wouldn't be surprised this man, who is in the same class as amoeba, will do anything to grab power.

Ma is dragging his feet for 27 days. Finally, he agreed to provide SSN and green card number for CEC to check. It is better to hire a skillful private investigator or a lawyer with PI to do a thorough check on his properties, bank accounts, tax filing and financial transactions in the US.

The problem is Ma doesn't have a green card. He used to have a green card, and according to our laws explained by AIT (or where AIT tell you to look). His green card was voided long ago. There is a green card switch in the 90s, too. Whoever didn't get the new one, his/her green card was voided, too.

Hsieh's sister is not running for president. By Hsieh's standard, regular people have the right to apply for (or own) PR or citizenship of other countries whatever they want, but not presidential candidate. It's that simple.

Then why they became US citizen or still have the green card by living in the US. Although Hsieh older sister is in Taiwan, she is an US citizen. By Hsieh's standard, she should renounce her citizenship to the US. Also, if your green card got taken away by the ICE, you will realize it is almost impossible to get it back from the court because it is like a Visa (it is either void or expired). It is by far easier to re-apply one.

But English has tense. Many of them "were" on the black list (I used "were" not "are") and got their green cards when KMT was ruling. It has nothing to do with the fact that DPP is ruling today. Of course the black list has been abolished. Thank DPP or KMT?
