In the last month I have had two Minnapolis police RUN STOP SIGNS when I had the right a way. MN 169.30 (b) "Stop AT the stop sign" and that is where I stopped both times, and then when I clearly had the right a way, by law, and was half way thourgh the intersection, both times, the MINNAPOLIS POLICE RAN THE STOP SIGNS. No, no lights, not even parking lights - They were not responding, just corrupt PIGS.. Then agin, I have only seen 4 police follow laws in the 3 years I've been here.

if you grew up on the southside you would know cops do this ALL the time & with out video, theirs pretty much nothing you can do. Cops are "shinng heros" until you can throw truth in the judges face & even with that they'll still deny it to the fullest. Like with the guy last year when he was jumped by like 6/7 cops the cheif said only the kicks were wrong but not the punching or tasing?
