Automatic Measuring of Tool lengths with a CNC ATC tool changer system in DeskCNC

DeskCNC setup on an IMService 121204 router with 175 ipm hi-speed option. The 7 tools in the rack are used for a prototype PCB isolation trace routing and drilling project. The tool changer and tool setter can be used with Mach3 or DeskCNC. Video shows screen setup for automatic tool measurement, simple G-code program to do the tool measurements, and the machine running at 2X speed. The automatically loaded tool table is shown before and after the process is completed.
