@airdog77 You could honesty use any other battery pack so long as you provide the required voltage for the circuit board controlling the LED.

@phr1sk37 is it possible to use another 18650 cells with this pack? if will be very useful.

@airdog77 It is more water-sealed. Better for us folks who live in the rain prone cities =) It is physically bigger due to the case though. I really like the LCD indicator as I know how much battery is left; to charge or not to charge.
