  • I was originally trying to do nut-free also, but I have to say this smoothie is amazing with Almond milk. I use unsweetened vanilla - either Silk brand or Diamond brand, sold in the dairy section of the grocery store. Unsweetened is great b/c you can sweeten to your taste w/stevia and skip all that added sugar. Ultra low calorie too.
