Great, however I did solve the problem over a year and a half ago. And the problem was that the clips were broken. So you are kinda late, and I guess out of "sync".

hey dude your proble is simple as it seams if u were americn and actully sed whats rong it would be more simple but simply just use the clips on the heatsink and latch them on the mother moards holder for the heatsink and if its the fan that is not working u can buy a new one i can help u with that in detail k m8
