I've ones tried this: I wanted to see a shooting star 'caus I've never seen one and I focused on it for let's say two minutes. Suddenly I didn't see a shooting star, I saw what scientists call a fireball- much brighter and slower than a shooting star and very rare. It appeared right in front of my eyes and I started crying!

The message is: The 68 seconds isn't equivalent to 2 million hours of action. The 68 seconds is equivalent to the ENERGY SPARK that working for 2 million hours to attract something would generate.

In other words, 68 seconds shouldn't replace a pro swimmer's workout every day--he needs to take action to get fit. But if he's taking action in hopes of attracting something, just visualizing it for 68 seconds would be just as effective.

To the same equivalent that just visualizing for 68 seconds would. Another example:

A man is trying to manifest a new car for a low price. Sitting at the computer for 2 million hours, searching for cars within that price range, will generate the same amount of MANIFESTING ENERGY that simply visualizing the car coming into his life for 68 seconds would.

The message is not that 68 seconds will EQUAL 2 million hours of action...the wall will not just become magically painted if the painter thinks of it happening for 68 seconds. The message is, that 68 seconds of thought creates a POWERFUL ENERGETIC SPARK OF ATTRACTION that is equal to 2 million hours of action.

So, supposing an actor is auditioning, trying to make their big break. If they audition for 2 million hours, the action that they took will attract their final outcome

Hey guys! I've read all the comments on this video about 3 pages back, and it seems that a lot of people are under the same confusion: the idea that 68 seconds of thought is equal to 2 million hours of action. Someone used the example of a body builder, who in his life will spend thousands of hours working out, thinking about working out for 68 seconds and then inflating impossibly. I think I can help with a little clarification here.

@sumitsijher well I was speaking somewhat figuratively with the whole "preaching" thing. I am all for rationality and critical thought. It's just that if you acknowledge a vibrational reality, as Abraham-Hicks teaches, than everything in one's experience is a direct result of their own mental and emotional condition ("vibration"). With LOA, there is no correlation. If you find a lack of evidence of vibrational reality, it's because you are expecting to find a lack of evidence.

@reddupo My intentions are not to preach, and I apologize if my response expressed such connotations. I feel that the topic of causation vs. correlation is relevant here, and denying this is an expression of ignorance. Its important to acknowledge this. If people are really trying to use this ideology to inform their lives it should be in there best interest to consider the contrary for the sake of being rational beings.

2. Then there is the other Reasoning. Natures Garden would take over. Sit there and watch it happen. Weeds , trees, home for animals.. The TV commerical wants you to buy store bought produce and flowers.. you don't really want to see Cindy and Tommy lose their jobs, because you are so self sufficient .. that they will do your garden for food / water and what ever it takes.. to have you lose that house and garden to a population that does not like Gardens. Contradictory=noactionhours.
