I applaud this man for doing this. People have to wake the fuck up and stop eating sub standar slop. It's not that expensive to live a healthy life. I'm not on such a hot salary myself, and I live a pretty damn good, healthy lifestyle. You just have to put a little bit of effort into your food and you'll feel brilliant!
