@saiful8108 I never wrote they are spoon ratios! The LSD is Spoon one, the gears are Mfactory.

wow you got a sick rex man

I am aware its crossing 100kph in 2nd. Sorry for thinking the car has more than two gears. You are aware there are 5 gears in total yes? And the ratio's between 3,4,5 are very very short. That was my point, but basic intelligence is needed to understand this. Something you seem to lack.

@gonko85 they are not short yar its crossing100kph in 2nd... idiot

thats lame when you get beat in a race and you say well I had a full tank of gas thats why I lost

@5cylcoupe Do You see any race in the video???? Full tank means 40kg's extra load wchich in a car that weights only below 900kg's makes a small difference. Also poor tires, like 195/50/15 T1R's mean poor start. I did not prepare the car for the video, it was shoot by the way. I wrote this in the description as it has invluence on the performance. I can assure You I'm not the kind of guy that says "my clutch is worn" or "I did 5 misshifts" when it comes to racing ;-)

why you closed 3,4,5, when it was possible to reduce the main gear only?

@T3DeathByte It all depends what You want to achieve. The best is to operate in a narrow rpm range where the engine produces the most torque and horsepower and the best way to achieve this is to put in close gears. The poor side of this is lowering Your Vmax (especially in a 5speed gearbox) and in case of a manual gearbox where the clutch has to be used (no dog box) - more gearchanges. But all in all I think this is better than a Shorter Final Drive where Your rpm range is wider.

@T3DeathByte With a short FD You still operate in a wider rpm range meaning that after gear change Your rpm drop to a lower value - less power. Have a look in all kind of circuit racing cars. They all have very close gears and the operate within 1000-1500rpm. A short final drive can be a good choice because its cheap and it is also good for rallies where You have plenty of slow and different kind of corners. In that case using a wider rpm range makes more sense...

Waste of power. Gears are so short they are slowing u down.

@gonko85 Not when changed properly. I overreved in most of the gears. It is also a great thing when driving on a circuit- You are gaining much at corner exits as You are staying in the highest power/torque revs. Have a look at another vids from track days. Its just a matter of propper gear change.
