Why build a stadium for a team that is so bad that probably destroy that stadium ?

The Orange Bowl is the site of the NCAA’s longest college football winning streak. Between 1985 and 1994, the University of Miami Hurricanes won 58 straight home games. The Miami Dolphins also set an NFL record for most consecutive home games won at the Orange Bowl, 31. How could this stadium be torn down?!
