This song was not composed by Handel, but by Siegfried Ochs (1858 - 1929).

Go on girl, sing for Jesus! I love gutsy Handel singing, not the bloodless boring 'correct' stuff we are fed these days. Leontyne was unashamed to put her stamp on this music, and the result is gorgeous and thrilling and TRUE!
