@MrALCOTTS gould and michelangeli sound like students compared to arrau. arrau was superior both technically and musically to either gould and/or michelangeli. needless to say spirtully speaking.

@MrALCOTTS I think Glenn Gould plays only Glenn Gould; and Michelangeli's accuracy is almost as perfect as his coldness, none of both represents Beethoven really. This is the last Beethoven's sonata and is about his spirituality; just Arrau shows Beethoven's feelings, his touching is profound, sensible and spiritual.
