Some sodium in a metal tube... Highlighter for the ammo... That cloud was toxic I think... Well my face and arms began to burn after that.

anyone here know how i can EASILY get pure sodium ... cos if you just electrolyze pure sodium chloride you need it to be 600 degrees C, which isnt easy to generate as i havent got a bunsen burner, and if you use an aqueous then you get sodium hydroxide ... and then THAT'd have to be reduced by a displacement reaction of some kind?
