if youre still an beginner, why did you buy an full set? :) its easier to start from practise to half and then full :) but i must say you play pretty good for an beginner :D thumbs up!

@arjantjeee Number 1, this was what was available to me right away. Number two, I have had a lot of experience with other bagpipes before :). Thanks for the kind comments.

what do I need to do if I want to learn to play these? also, are there any online instructors or dvcds you woul reccomend to a n00b

@kingcobradude Two things. First find a reputable maker, preferably one who lives nearby you. Second, look for an instructor. Absolutely nothing compares to a face to face lesson with a quality teacher.

Uilleann pipes are incredibly difficult to play. You probably heard several flubs when I tried to get into the second octave. Much more control is needed when playing these.
