What did you do to fix this issue? I'm having the same issue after updating to ios 5 beta 5 but a reboot isn't fixing it for me. I've tried restoring to factory settings and then restoring from back up but the problem still persists...all of my camera roll thumbnails are black. :-(

@krispiekid When taking HDR images in the native camera app, the original will be at the end of the album while the HDR image is placed at the very beginning.

I don't have this issue, but I do have an issue with my camera roll. Whenever I take a picture, it's not always placed at the end of the album. It'll either be placed at the end, or at the very beginning of the album (showing up as photo #1). I've rebooted and restored quite a few times, and still have the issue.

your not the only one with this annoying bug, i got it too. but a simple reboot fixes it
