Such a lovely video and so inspirational for me as a student teacher. You should be very proud of yourself and of Lianna!

...Also much respect to the teachers that facilitated that attitude towards Lianna in the classroom, that is a beautiful thing!

This is awesome! She's a beautiful girl.
Much respect to you for doing all you can to bring out your daughters abilities and give her the best opportunities. I agree as someone who has bee a carer for those with CP that parents like you can be quite intimidating, but we do know and respect that you are that way out of love for your child. It is the parents that ignore their children because they can that we despise, they will never even get to see the beauty in their children like we do.

This is a very inspiring video! I too have CP, but mine is not as severe as Lianna's. I am 27 and was included in the classroom when in school. My teachers were awesome in letting me participate in class. My parents were much like you and were very aggressive (in a nice way) :) to get me where I am today. I graduated high school and went on to college and now am married and have a very good job! My advice to you and Lianna is to never ever give up in your dreams of what Lianna can do!
Cerebral palsy isn't only caused by a lack of oxygen...
FYI.

@moravianfaith I realize you made this comment a year ago, but I just wanted to express my apologies. I simply made this video for a class project and was only really studying Lianna's case. If there are other causes of cerebral palsy, then I sincerely apologize and I hope that I have not offended anyone. I was merely trying to paint a picture of how inclusion of children with severe disabilities can benefit both children with disabilities and the rest of the children in the classroom.
