WOW! NOW I REALIZE MY MISTAKES... I WAS CHOKING THE BALL BAD, 'cause someone gave me bad info about tightly gripping the ball...
And I was holding with 3 fingers on the laces. Placing my fingers back further and only having 2 fingers on the laces gave me IMMEDIATE RESULTS!! Spirals for life!

i learned to throw with a thumb at the end of the laces.. I can throw a tight spiral that way and accurately, ive gotten so used to it that if i try it the normal way i cant get a tight spiral

I seriously hate videos like this that teach lace gripping.... As a Varsity QB operating out of the shotgun... Trust me laces are more of a liability than a gift.... I swear I'ma have to make a vid showing the proper grip without laces
