EeePC 1000H - Morrowind

Playing TES3: Morrowind on the EeePC 1000H. Running @ 800x600 w. 25% view-distance, on high performance-mode. Unstable framerates, about 14-19 outside, 20-40 inside. "Playable!".

I have a 1000HE that I got in 2009 and installed this game and it ran extremely laggy. It was unplayable. Any ideas as to why? I have 2gig ram.

Perhaps turning down the view-distance? It'll get about 6fps on max.

Morrowind was an epic game.

I just installed und played Morrowind on my Asus EEE PC 1015PX last evening =) No extra software used, just installed the GotY-Edition of Morrowind and it worked with no problems =) No lags, short loading times. Perfect. (Just my EEE PC's 10" screen is a little exhausting for the eyes, when looked at for a longer period of time).

Yeah. Pretty much correct. I have in on Steam and on Xbox. But the Xbox version has a really bad frame-rate and load times. If you play on the Xbox 360 the load takes about 4-5 Mins. Lol. I am serious, and the save game picture sometimes looks messed up like all blurry and shit. Don't know why.

Yeah they were, but the in game loading areas were horrible.
