-Kevin's POV-
Asia was kinda bummed she couldn't pay the bill. It's okay, though. It was almost 70 bucks. Worth every penny. After I dropped her off I went back home. Only Joe was there...that was weird.
"Sup, man. Where were you?"
I sat down on the couch. "Lunch."
"With? I know everything, dude. You can't hide it."
I sighed. "It was Asia."
"Oh! You mean that one girl that totally told off that one guy from that one shoot?"
"Very descriptive. Yes."
"Oh. She's cute. You should date her. Oh wait. You already did!" He slapped his knee and laughed at his own joke.
"Ha. Ha. Very funny. And we arent dating. We just went to lunch together, thats all."
"Sure you did."
I rolled my eyes and continued watching TV until Dad, Frankie and Nick came home.
"Oh hey, Kevin. How was your date?" Dad asked.
"What date? There was no date," I said.
He frowned. "Oh, she couldn't make it?"
"She didn't cancel. It wasn't a date. It was lunch with a friend," I said casually.
He patted my shoulder. "Sure it was."
I rolled my eyes while Nick and Joe laughed at me. Whatever. I went up to my room. I suddenly had an inspiration. Which was weird, because usually Nick and Joe do that stuff. I just find all the chords and things, you know. But yeah...I had an inspiration.
-Asia's POV-
Kevin dropped me off back home and I sat in my living room watching TV for a bit. I didn't have anything to do, except wait for the meeting for the agency that was at 3:15. That gave me an entire hour. I eventually fell asleep, though.
My alarm woke me up at three. Awesome. I got up and actually changed purses before heading out the door. I got into my car and drove to the agency headquarters. Basically, this was just a meeting to schedule next week and debrief the fashion show from the night before. I went into the board room and sat down. I swear, AT LEAST 7 out of these 17 people had an eating disorder of some kind. I took out my Palm Pilot and a few minutes later, my boss started talking.
Let's just say that it's not the highlight of my job.
Next week was gonna be just as packed as this week. Oh boy. Tomorrow was Saturday, and all I had to do was a shoot for some other magazine that I've never even heard of. Then I had to start getting ready for an international show that was coming up in a little over a month. I was actually pretty psyched for that. It was going to be fun. I was going to do my Seventeen shoot next Tuesday. Hopefully I won't drench someone with my life support and almost make some stranger have nightmares about me. I laughed to myself as I left New York Model Management HQ.
I went to my studio afterwards and continued working on my designs. I gave my assistant, Stella, Kevin's contact information so she could throw together a "QuickLook" portfolio just to show him was he's getting into. I did a couple of things as far as finances were concerned and started making outlines of a new piece. I check my email and noticed...IMG?
I've heard of that before.
That's...that's huge. Like insane. I clicked opened the email.
