The Austrian conductor Josef Krips (1902-1974) leads the London Symphony Orchestra in this 1960 performance of Beethoven's fifth symphony in C minor, Op. 67. This LP is part of an 8-LP set (in monaural), produced by Everest Records, a label based in Bayside, Long Island started by Harry D. Belock and Bert Whyte in May 1958. The boxed collection is numbered LPBR 6065/8. This recording was made directly from the LP.
